Our Rental Policies page is designed to provide you with all the essential information you need to know before booking your stay at The Tryon River House. We aim to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our guests by outlining our rules and guidelines clearly.

Booking and Payment

To secure your stay at The Tryon River House, a deposit of 50% of the total rental fee is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to your arrival date. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers as methods of payment. Please note that reservations made within 30 days of the arrival date require full payment upfront. In the event of a cancellation, please refer to our cancellation policy below for details on refund eligibility.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time at The Tryon River House is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs may be accommodated upon request, subject to availability and an additional fee. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our on-site manager, who will provide you with keys and a brief orientation of the property. We ask that you treat our home with respect and report any damages or maintenance issues immediately to ensure a comfortable stay for all our guests.

House Rules and Policies

To maintain the quality and tranquility of The Tryon River House, we have established a set of house rules for our guests. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. We welcome pets with prior approval and a non-refundable pet fee. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. The maximum occupancy for the house is eight guests, and any additional guests must be pre-approved. We reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement without refund if these policies are violated. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
